The Event Charge is a mandatory charge similar to a Service Charge that is typically charged by other entertainment and event venues. It is separate from gratuity (which optional and payable on the day of the event if desired).

Please read the Terms below carefully prior to initialing and signing:

If the event leader and/or the majority of the group does not arrive by the scheduled Event Time shown above, the group will lose it's track priority and will be subject to the current wait times for walk-in customers.

All racers must fall in one age group 8-12 years old or 13 and above. If a group arrives on the day of the event with a portion of their group falling into the other age group, those participants will be placed into the next available Arrive and Drive race.

Racers under the age of 18 must bring a copy of our waiver signed by a parent. Click here to download waiver. The parent must also attach a photocopy of their driver's license with this waiver. Without the signed waiver and the copy of the parent's driver‘s license, the child will not be able to race.

You may reduce the number of racers by up to 20% (up to the minimum # required for your event type per our website) as long as you notify us in writing at least 5 days prior to your event. However, in no case will any deposit be refunded. Final payment will be charged to you credit card 5 days prior to the event date. A $50 fee will be charged for any additional heats that are created on the day of the event.

If you cancel the event less than 5 days prior, or “No Show." you agree to pay for the entire Event Fee. If you cancel 13 days to 5 days prior, your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel 14 days or more prior to the event, your deposit can be used for another scheduled group event for an available date up to 90 days after the date of the original Event Date. You may change the date of your event one time without penalty, after the first change of the event date there will be a $50 administrative fee.

lf there is damage to the room, a charge of $150 will be charged to final bill. At conclusion of event our staff will do a walk through of the area(s) used by your group to determine if the $150 charge will apply.

NOTE: According to our Gift Card terms and conditions. Gift Cards cannot be used towards Group Events
